1. Marinate the goat chops in Italian dressing several hours before grilling the meat.
2. Just before grilling, sprinkle chops with desired “grill rub”. I like to use: “Excalibur, Ultimate Grilling Rub & Sprinkle”
3. Grill to desired doneness.
